Pressed music is fragile. Let us know within seven days of delivery if something arrives damaged so we can make it right.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Damaged or Defective Items
Email photos to arg@obsidianriterecords.com along with your order number. We will ship a replacement or issue a refund once the claim is approved.
Change of Mind
Because of the limited nature of our releases, we do not offer change-of-mind returns. Please double-check formats and quantities before completing checkout.
If you spot a mistake before dispatch, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.
Return Shipping
If we request that you send an item back, reuse the mailer and include the original packing slip. We will confirm the return method on approval and may provide a prepaid label for verified faults.
