New vinyl copy. Sudden Infant’s "Lunatic Asylum" is a jagged, genre-scrambling blast of industrial-dada noise rock and contorted punk energy. Joke Lanz (vocals/electronics) leads a razor-sharp trio with Christian Weber (bass/electronics) and Alexandre Babel (drums/percussion), blending loops, samples, spoken-word bite, and heavy rhythmic drive into short, unpredictable songs that feel equal parts sound art and bruised rock record. Released on Fourth Dimension Records, with a guest vocal appearance by Franz Treichler (The Young Gods) on “Il y a des Enfants”.
